A federally-funded child welfare training project at the Michigan State University School of Social Work
This inspired team brought years of child and family service experience and a sense of urgency to the work that comes from “knowing” that children and their families need a stable workforce to help them realize their potential and that effective child and family service supervisors hold the key to staff retention.
