Kevin Yu (He/Him) holds a BA in Psychology from UCLA and an MSW from the University of Southern California. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Social Work at Michigan State University. As a macro social worker, Kevin has extensive experience working with government agencies and nonprofits, focusing on strategic planning, executive development, and project management. His personal and professional experiences with the child welfare system deeply influence his research interests and career path. In his free time, Kevin enjoys reading, writing, cooking for friends and family, and spending time in nature.
