ABOUT

Betsie Little (fae/faer) received a BA in Psychology and Art from Alma College (2014), a Master in Social Work (MSW) from Grand Valley State University (2018) and is currently attending Michigan State University to pursue a Ph.D. in Social Work. Betsie is a clinical therapist and provides trauma-informed counseling for survivors of gender-based violence. Faes clinical experience is a driving force for faers research interests and adjunct teaching. In faers downtime, Betsie enjoys being a nerd, watching anime, playing D&D, and spending quality time with faer spouse and fur babies.

INTERESTS

Survivors of sexual violence, LBGT+ survivors, sexual violence across the life span, help seeking behavior, trauma informed care, intersectionality, and mental health outcomes.
