Jen earned their Masters of Social Work from the University of New England in 2013 where they received interprofessional education in the health care field. They have worked in hospice, home care, palliative care, bereavement, oncology, and case management. Jen’s research interests derive from their experience as a clinical practitioner in health care. They are interested in describing people’s experience of the medical system, policy impacts on patient experience and wellbeing, and advocacy for and by the social work profession in health care.
