Who: Competition open to all MSU students
What: • Original text per the theme “Ode to Dr. King”
           • 2-3 minute time limit
           • No offensive language
Where: Present at MLK Jr. Event (1/21/19) at the Erickson Kiva
When: Submit until Friday January 18, 2019, 5pm to hallr@msu.edu

On January 21, 2019, the MSU School of Social Work will host a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration to honor the history and accomplishments of one of America’s greatest advocates of civil rights and social justice. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Robert L. Green, Dean Emeritus at Michigan State University and Dr. King’s former education director of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference. Please join us from 11-3 in the Erickson Kiva on the campus of Michigan State University.
