This course on Trauma Informed Clinical Assessment for TF-CBT clinicians will address pre/mid/post treatment assessment recommendations for the implementation of TF-CBT; and specific review of assessment strategies. Standardized tools administration and good clinical observation will be discussed. Specific tools will include the Trauma History Checklist (Habib), the Post Traumatic Stress Checklist for Children (PSCC), Child Dissociative Checklist (CDC), Young Child PTSD Checklist (YCPC, and Adolescent Dissociative Experiences Scale). Other assessment resources will also be introduced.
